Refund policy
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
In order for a withdrawal or return to be accepted, the item must be in its original condition:
- unworn
- unused
- unwashed
- with all tags attached
- if possible, in the original packaging
Additionally, proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation) is required.

Returns
Returns must be sent exclusively to our central logistics warehouse in China.
The exact return address and detailed instructions will be provided after prior contact with our customer service.
Returns sent without prior withdrawal notice or return request cannot be accepted.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damages and Issues
Please check your order immediately upon receipt.
If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can find a solution.
Items Excluded from Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed, especially:
lingerie
underwear
similar intimate hygiene items
Also excluded are:
custom-made or personalized items
gift cards
Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not provided.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item under the withdrawal right and place a new order.
European Union – 14-Day Withdrawal Period
For orders within the European Union, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right applies.
The above conditions regarding the condition of the goods and exercising the withdrawal apply accordingly.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
