TERMS AND CONDITIONS (T&C)
1. Provider and Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop of

(collectively: “we”, “us”).
We sell worldwide. For consumers residing in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the respective country of residence shall additionally apply.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.
By clicking the button “place order with obligation to pay” you submit a binding offer to purchase.
The contract is concluded as soon as we confirm the order by email or dispatch the goods.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices include statutory value added tax, where applicable.
Shipping, customs, or import duties are not included in the price unless expressly stated otherwise.
The purchase price is due immediately. The available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
4. Delivery
Delivery is made to the delivery address you specify.
All stated delivery times are non-binding estimates.
For consumers within the EU, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes to the customer only upon handover of the goods.
5. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
5.1 Withdrawal Information
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you receives the goods.
5.2 Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email):

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification before the withdrawal period has expired.
5.3 Consequences of Withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal, we shall refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from receipt of your withdrawal notice.
The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.
5.4 Return
The goods must be returned without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days after you have declared the withdrawal.
Returns are made exclusively to our central logistics warehouse in China.
The exact return address and return instructions will be provided after you contact our customer service.
The customer bears the cost of return shipping unless the goods were defective or incorrectly delivered.
5.5 Condition of the Goods
The goods must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.
Compensation for diminished value is only required if the loss in value is due to handling beyond what is necessary to examine the nature and characteristics of the goods.
5.6 Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal (Hygiene Products)
There is no right of withdrawal for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed after delivery.

6. International Returns
For returns outside the EU, longer transport times may occur.
Any customs, import, or clearance fees arising in connection with the return shall be borne by the customer.
7. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
Minor deviations customary in trade (e.g. color differences due to screen display) do not constitute a defect.
8. Liability
We shall be liable without limitation in cases of intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health.
In cases of slight negligence, we shall only be liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage.
9. Intellectual Property
All content of this online shop is protected by copyright.
Use beyond private, non-commercial purposes is not permitted without prior consent.
10. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy in the online shop.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Austrian law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of residence remain unaffected.
For entrepreneurs, the place of jurisdiction is Graz, Austria.
For consumers, the statutory provisions on jurisdiction apply.
12. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
