Place a sheet of paper on the floor, directly against a wall.

Stand on the paper with your heel touching the wall.

Draw a line in front of your longest toe while standing (get help if needed to measure more accurately).

Measure the distance from the edge of the paper (where your heel was) to the line at your toe. This is your foot length (heel to toe).

Use the measured length to find your size in the size chart.
