- Chest: Measure the circumference of the widest part of your chest; the measuring tape should be straight and loose.
- Shoulder width: Measure from one outermost shoulder edge to the other, straight across the back.
- Sleeves: Measure from the shoulder point to the wrist along the arm.
- Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (at the base of the collar) to the bottom hem of the garment.
